Hot Italian sausage, tube or patties |

Pizza dough, pressed into 10” round |
1 cup |
Marinara pizza sauce |
10–12 slices |
Galbani Thin Sliced Fresh Mozzarella |
1 |
Yellow onion, sliced and caramelized |
1 cup |
Sliced peppers (red, yellow, and orange) |
¼ cup |
Pepperoni, cup and char |
2 cups |
Wild mushrooms, sautéed and seasoned with salt |
2 cups |
Arugula |
8 leaves |
Fresh basil, julienned |

Extra virgin olive oil, for coating and drizzling |

METHOD
- Crumble Italian sausage into a hot pan over medium heat and cook thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly coat pizza pan with olive oil and place dough on it, pressing to 10” wide.
- Spread sauce evenly over dough. Layer Mozzarella on top.
- Scatter caramelized onion, peppers, sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms on top.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with arugula and basil.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.
