Président® Madrigal

A semi-hard, whole cow’s milk cheese crafted in the Loire Valley in Central France. This Swiss-style cheese is aged for a minimum of eight weeks for a deliciously fruity, sweet and nutty taste. Madrigal slices and cubes well, making it ideal for sandwiches and cheese plates.
